Generating from spinning

Our project is based generally on producing electricity by pressure in a way to save energy pure kinetic depending machine that derives its power of generating electricity from the force of pressure. The rotational force that the mop causes is used to rotate the gears which are connected to the turbines to generate electricity.

We brought the mop and designed five woody gears (one big gear and four small gears). We used MDF wood which has very low friction and is lighter than white wood, which was used before. After that, We fixed the big gear around the bottom part of the mop that rotates very fast when applying pressure on it; then we connected a generator that generates electricity from the enormous amount of kinetic energy coming from the high number of oscillations of each small gear.

We used the MDF wood because it has lower friction coefficient to increase the speed of gears' rotation and increase the rate of turbines energy generation from the law of friction š‘“š‘“ = šœ‡ š‘›. Also, power on the helical gear from P=FV so, to get the torque of the gear use the equation: P=tš‘¤ note: W: Angular velocity Such as the angular velocity is ā€œw= 2šœ‹š‘“ ā€œ. Finally, we measured the power we got by this equation to test our efficiency p= IV,

At the end, we concluded that our prototype is very successful because it achieved our requirements which are: efficiency, cost and eco-friendly.
